A well regarded, over subscribed secondary school in the country Durham area seeks to appoint a RE teacher to join a successful department. The successful candidate will be required to teach RE to KS3 and KS4. The ability to offer the subject at KS5 would be advantageous.

The school is located within easy reach of Sunderland and Durham. It is a high performing school and has been praised in all areas by OFSTED. The school was graded Good in it's most recent OFSTED with behaviour of students noted as a particular highlight. The successful candidate will join a high performing department, teaching English to KS4.

The successful candidate will:
• Be a creative, motivational and effective classroom practitioner
• Be able to inspire, challenge and motivate young people
• Be reflective and analytical about their own classroom practice
• Be confident delivering Religious Education lessons at KS3 and KS4
