Job description
A large secondary academy in the north east of Leeds have asked Protocol Education to help them recruit a teacher of Religious Studies for a position commencing in September, initially for 1 term with the possibility of extension into the spring term.

The school are seeking to appoint an ambitious teacher with strong subject knowledge who is able to teach to Key Stage 3, 4 and 5. The ability to teach any other subjects within the Humanities field would be an advantage. You will be responsible for the delivery of engaging lessons and will be required to plan and asses all work throughout.

Newly Qualified teachers and experienced teachers looking for a new challenge would be both welcomed to apply.

Please note: We undertake safeguarding checks on all our workers in accordance with the DfE statutory guidance 'Keeping Children Safe in Education'. As part of these checks, we require a current Enhanced DBS Disclosure for everyone working in schools. If you do not have a valid subscription to the DBS Update Service, we will require you to complete a new DBS application as part of the registration process, at a cost of £44.00.
