Job description
We are currently searching for exceptional, creative and passionate SEND teachers for a vacancy in East Hertfordshire.

A fantastic SEN school in East Herfordshire are looking for a Qualified and Experienced SEND Teacher to join their team. The class holds around 10 students with a range of PMLD and SLD's, each with a 1:1 LSA.


This purpose of your role:
- To teach and support pupils with Profound and Mixed Learning Difficulties (PMLD)/Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD) in a dispersed alternative residential school, between the ages of 5 and 19.
- To teach and support a range of subject areas as required enabling pupils to achieve accredited outcomes.
- To effectively and positively support any students under your care, adhering to all safeguarding regulations and school policies.
- To help to create a positive and safe learning environment for all students in the classroom.

A subject specialism is not the priority here but versatility, enthusiasm, resilience, unconditional positive regard for the young people and teaching expertise is.
