Job description
SEND Primary Teacher Required

Protocol Education is currently looking for enthusiastic, proactive SEND Primary Teachers to work within a large SEND School in High Wycombe.

This school is a special school for 190 children and young people with a broad diversity of complex needs, from Profound and Multiple to Moderate Learning Difficulties (PMLD to MLD). The school caters for pupils from 3 to 19 and has a vision to further develop specialisms within all of it's departments.

You will join a warm, freindly and supportive team who have a collective passion to support and educate the SEND pupils within the school. The ideal Teacher would have direct experinece within a similar setting covering some or all of the following types of needs:

Autism
Challenging behaviour
Multiple Learning disabilities
Severe Learning disabilities
PMLD

Previous experience within these areas would be a plus; however Qualified Teachers who lack SEND experience but have a genuine interest in are more than welcome to apply. More than anything we would like applicants who are able to demonstrate enthusiasm, dependability, confidence and the versatility to tailor their approach to each class they teach in.
