Job description
We are looking for a Qualified SEN Teacher to start a role as soon as possible in the Aylesbury area. This school is an uprising school approaching its Outstanding status.

The school has specialist staff and children whose special educational needs include autistic spectrum disorders, severe learning difficulties, and profound and multiple learning difficulties.

The chosen candidate will be an SEN Teacher with an ability to teach SLD pupils who vary in ability and age. This role requires a resourceful, enthusiastic and self-motivated class teacher, with a passion and enthusiasm for working with SEN children is essential. A strong team leader who is positive and resilient, an excellent classroom practitioner and able to establish good working relationships with colleagues and parents.

Responsibilities include working with students to enable their independence. It is your duty to inspire and deliver a vibrant and fulfilling learning experience to maximise potential of every student. Creating a positive and stimulating learning environment that caters for the needs of all students. Celebrating successes when possible to create an excellent community feel.
The ideal candidate will be suitably qualified to teach with experience or enthusiasm of work with special needs students.

Full time to start immediately.
