We are currently recruiting for a dedicated and enthusiastic Early Years Practitioner to join a fantastic early years setting in Tower Hamlets.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced practitioner who wants to be part of a nurturing team and play an important role in supporting children's learning, development and wellbeing.

The Role

As an Early Years Practitioner, you will provide high-quality care and learning experiences for young children, helping them develop socially, emotionally, physically and academically in line with the EYFS framework.

You will be responsible for:

• Providing a safe, caring and stimulating environment for children.
• Planning and delivering engaging age-appropriate activities.
• Supporting children's learning and development in line with the EYFS.
• Observing, assessing and recording children's progress.
• Building positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues.
• Encouraging children's independence, confidence and social development.
• Supporting children's individual needs and interests.
• Maintaining high standards of safeguarding, health and safety.
• Working effectively as part of a dedicated early years team.

The Ideal Candidate

The successful candidate will be:

• Qualified to Level 3 or above in Early Years/Childcare.
• Passionate about early years education and child development.
• Warm, caring and nurturing in their approach.
• Confident supporting children's learning through play.
• Knowledgeable about the EYFS framework.
• A strong communicator and team player.
• Reliable, professional and committed to providing high-quality care.
• Ideally experienced within a nursery, preschool, school or similar early years environment.
