Job description
Protocol Education are working with a Special Needs School based within Kingston Upon Thames, who are seeking a qualified Teacher to work with pupils on a 1:1 basis as well as work in small groups with the pupils. The pupils who need support range across Primary age and Secondary ages so it is vital that you have experience supporting pupils who have challenging behaviour and autism.

The role:

• 5 days a week, term time only
• 8:30-4:00pm
• Based in the Borough of Kingston
• Working 1:1 or in small groups with pupils who have challenging behaviour
• Working immediately until Summer 2019

You must have:

• Experience of working with PECs or Makaton
• At least 2 years of working with autism and challenging behaviour
• Be experienced in EHCP's and tailoring them for each pupils needs
• Experience of supporting pupils of a Primary or Secondary aged
• Hold QTS or the overseas equivalent
