Pupil Progress Support

We are currently working with schools across Hillingdon, to recruit pupil support assistants to support with the return to schools this September, and the further support that will be needed in the coming academic year.

It's vital that those students who may have fallen behind during this period, or struggled to get the targeted and focused help they need are supported with the inevitably challenging journey ahead.

We are looking for enthusiastic Graduates or those with a confident and engaging approach to working with children who are looking to support, whether you are a Psychology graduate with a passion for supporting students with SEND needs or an English or Maths Graduate who has the skills, experience and ability to implement targeted interventions to help raise the attainment gaps and ensure children fulfil their true potential at this difficult time.

This is the opportunity for flexible and rewarding work, in order to be eligible you need to be registered with protocol which will involve reference checks and you will need too have or be willing too apply for a DBS.

Ideally we are looking for those who can work full-time and be interested in committing for at least an academic year, this is a fantastic way to build experience if you are looking to become a teacher in future.

Ideally you will have some proven experience of working with young people, transferable skills from volunteer and placements or extra curricular groups.

If you are interested please email your CV to maria.williams@protocol-education.com
