The Role

As a Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will:

  • Support students across KS3 and KS4 with a focus on wellbeing and engagement
  • Work 1:1 and in small groups with pupils who need additional support
  • Support students with SEMH needs, including anxiety, behaviour, and emotional regulation
  • Help de-escalate situations in a calm and consistent way
  • Work alongside teaching and pastoral staff to implement support strategies
  • Build strong, trusting relationships with students

You’ll play a key role in helping students feel supported, understood, and ready to learn.
