We’re recruiting Teaching Assistants to support pupils with additional needs in specialist and mainstream school settings across Bath and Northeast Somerset This is an excellent opportunity to apply your knowledge while building valuable experience for careers in educational psychology, therapy, or teaching.

Responsibilities
• Support pupils 1:1 and in small groups
• Assist with learning, behaviour, and emotional support
• Help implement communication and intervention strategies
• Promote engagement and positive outcomes

What we’re looking for
• A degree in Psychology or a related field
• Interest in SEND and child development
• Patient, proactive, and empathetic approach
• Strong communication skills

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
