The role is within a special need school, working with pupils aged 4-11 who have a range of social, emotional, mental health and learning needs. As a Graduate teaching assistant, your main responsibility will be to ensure pupils achieve their full potential in their academic development.

Duties as a Graduate Teaching Assistant Include:

• Assisting in providing effective teaching on a one-to-one basis or in small groups.
• Helping with the planning and delivery of lessons.
• Supporting the progress of pupils, educational and behaviour.
• Preparing classroom resources and activities.
• Providing feedback to teachers and parents.
