Psychology Graduate TA

What you’ll be doing

No two days are the same, but here’s a flavour of what to expect:

• Working closely with teachers and SEN staff to support pupils who need a little extra guidance
• Supporting children 1:1 and in small groups
• Helping pupils with SEND, including autism, ADHD, and SEMH needs
• Encouraging positive behaviour and emotional regulation
• Bringing energy and creativity into classroom activities
• Playing a real part in creating a safe, supportive space where children can thrive

Who we’re looking for

You don’t need years of experience, just the right mindset:

• A Psychology graduate (or similar field)
• Naturally patient, calm, and empathetic
• Curious about how children learn and develop
• Keen to gain real-world school experience
• Any experience with children is a bonus, but not essential
