Protocol Education is seeking a Psychology Graduate to join a specialist PRU in Ferryhill, supporting pupils with SEMH, Autism, ADHD and additional behavioural needs.

Working alongside experienced teachers and pastoral staff, you'll help young people overcome barriers to learning while gaining invaluable classroom experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 support
• Assist with behaviour management
• Lead small group interventions

• Support emotional wellbeing
• Promote engagement in lessons

Requirements

• Psychology degree
• Excellent communication skills
• Calm, resilient attitude
• Genuine passion for SEMH education

A driving licence and access to your own vehicle is highly desirable due to the location of the school.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
