Protocol Education is offering an exciting opportunity to step into a Behaviour Support Assistant role within a specialist SEMH school.

What your day will look like:

• Supporting pupils with social, emotional and mental health needs
• Using your understanding of behaviour to help de-escalate challenging situations
• Building strong, trusting relationships with students
• Supporting learning in and out of the classroom
• Working alongside teachers and pastoral teams to make a real impact

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
