What you’ll be doing

This isn’t your typical classroom role.

You’ll be supporting young people in Special schools, PRUs, and alternative settings—helping them re-engage, rebuild confidence, and feel understood.

Expect to:

• Support pupils with SEMH needs or Autistic spectum conditions

• Build trust, routines, and positive relationships

• Help students get back into learning

• See your psychology knowledge come to life every day

• A Psychology, Criminology, or related degree

• Experience in youth work, care, or mentoring

• Any SEMH, SEND, or PRU exposure

• Tutoring, coaching, or creative skills ⚽

• Behaviour support training (or happy to learn!)
