The Role

As a Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Support students across KS3 and KS4 in lessons
• Work 1:1 and with small groups to support engagement and progress
• Help students regulate behaviour and build confidence
• Support pupils with additional needs including ASD, ADHD, and SEMH
• Work closely with teachers, SEND staff, and pastoral teams
• Build positive relationships and act as a consistent role model

You’ll gain valuable classroom experience while developing communication, behaviour management, and support strategies.
