We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to join a specialist school supporting pupils with SEND and SEMH needs. In this role, you’ll play a vital part in helping students engage with learning, build confidence, and develop essential life skills in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with additional needs
• Work collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, and therapists to support student development
• Apply your psychology knowledge to support emotional regulation and behaviour
• Help create a safe, structured, and inclusive learning environment

What We’re Looking For:

• A psychology graduate (or related field) eager to apply their knowledge in a practical setting
• A calm, patient, and empathetic approach
• Experience working with children or young people (desirable but not essential)
• A strong interest in SEND, mental health, and child development
