Role Overview:
We are looking for a motivated Psychology Graduate to join our team of educators. This role offers an exciting opportunity to apply your academic knowledge in a practical setting, gain valuable hands-on experience, and contribute to impactful mental health initiatives within the local community.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in delivering psychological support programs and workshops.
Conduct assessments under supervision and contribute to care planning.
Collect, analyse, and report on data to support ongoing research and evaluation.
Support the team in providing evidence-based interventions and strategies.
Maintain accurate records and adhere to ethical and professional standards.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or equivalent.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Interest in mental health, wellbeing, and community support.
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Willingness to undertake training and professional development opportunities.
Desirable:
Experience in mental health, social care, or counselling settings.
Knowledge of therapeutic approaches and psychological assessment tools.
