Job description
SEND Teaching Assistants Required in Croydon

Required for start ASAP

A leading special needs school in Croydon is looking for Teaching Assistants to join its passionate team of staff. As a Primary Special School catering for children aged 4 11 years with Moderate Learning Difficulties, Speech and Communication Disorders and Autism, we require a Teaching Asssistant who is resilient and passionate about making a difference to young peoples' lives.

The ideal candidate the school are looking for

• Good at managing challenging behaviour
• Ability to create and maintain relationships
• Passionate about helping children with special needs
• Team Teach trained is desirable but not essential (CPD can be provided)
• Be available long term to allow time for relationships with the pupils to develop
