Job description
PRU (Pupil Referral Unit) Teaching Assistant with PE Experience
£60 - £80/day

Wandsworth
Schools in for teaching assistants that have experience working with young people who present social, emotional and mental health difficulties.

If you enjoy working in a challenging environment where every day is different, then this school could be an ideal work place for you.

Many of the children at this school are vulnerable and are in need of a positive role model. The school provides a fresh start for young people who have felt threatened, ignored or disengaged from mainstream education.

If you have any of the following skills, attributes or experience then this role could be for you.

• Strong behaviour management
• Psychology or Social work graduates are often successful at this post
• Resilience
• Relationship building
• Willingness to learn
• Good understanding of special education needs and students with social, emotional and mental health difficulties.
