Job description
Are you looking for a new and exciting role working as a Classroom Assistant for children with Special Educational Needs? Then this could be your next challenge!

An Outstanding Special School based in the Barnsley area are looking for a Classroom Assistants to start with them in September.

The successful candidates will be supporting students in key stage 3 with Social, Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties.

You will need;
• A Registered DBS or be prepared to carry out a new DBS application.
• A proven record of supporting Special Educational Needs students.
• Enthusiasm and drive to working with children with SEN
• Any additional training such as Makaton/ PECS/Team Teach is desirable but not essential.
