Can you help a young student who has Autism in schools? Then this role may be right for you.

Protocol Education are looking for a Learning Support Assistant who really wants to make a difference and help a severely Autistic child connect with the rest of the world. The School is based in Hackney

Over the years, different diagnostic labels have been used, such as autism, autism spectrum disorder (ASD), autism spectrum condition (ASC), classic autism, Kanner autism, pervasive developmental disorder (PDD), high-functioning autism (HFA), Asperger syndrome and Pathological Demand Avoidance (PDA)

Are you able to commit to a SEN school for five days a week? Are you happy to commit to a full academic year? Are you open to working with children who are verbal and nonverbal? Other experience and qualifications which is preferable:
• Confidence implementing support techniques, such as PEC's & Makaton
• Team Teach qualified
