Primary Teaching Assistant – LS15 (Leeds)

We’re working with a welcoming school in LS15 who need an experienced Teaching Assistant to step straight in and make an impact.

What you’ll be doing:

• Supporting the class teacher across KS1 or KS2
• Running small group interventions (literacy & numeracy)
• Providing 1:1 support where needed, including SEND pupils
• Helping maintain a positive, structured classroom environment

What we’re looking for:

• Minimum 6 months experience in a UK primary school
• Confident supporting phonics, reading and basic maths
• Calm, proactive and able to build rapport quickly
• Strong behaviour management skills

You’ll be someone who can hit the ground running and support learning from day one.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
