Primary Teaching Assistant - Perfect for Aspiring Teachers!

Protocol Education is looking for a passionate, dependable and creative individual who has a love for education and children. This is for a fantastic Teaching Assistant role in East London with a GOOD school containing a brilliant and supportive Leadership Team.

As a Teaching Assistant in this East London school, you could be placed in various key stages, depending on where the need is and your experience and academic prowess. You will need to carry out interventions to raise the attainment of targeted children - this could focus on Reading, Writing, Phonics or Maths.

Job Description

Primary Teaching Assistant - working with EYFS, KS1 or KS2 (children aged 4-11)
Full time, 5 days a week, Term-time only
ASAP START!
£60 - £70 per day
Working with a range of abilities across the class
Close relationship and liaising with the Class Teacher
Perfect for future Schools Direct and PGCE individuals
Person Specification

Graduate interested in education and teaching
Experience with children or in education in the UK - PREFERRED
Knowledge of the UK Education System and curriculum
Enthusiastic, intelligent, and passionate
1st Class or 2:1 degree ideal
Strong academic background including A-levels and GCSE's
Commitment for the entire academic year- Jul 19
