Protocol Education are working with a schools in Darlingotn who are recruiting for an LSA to work with pupils with challenging behaviour. The ideal candidate will need to be commited and dedicated individuals able to start work from 8th March - this date may change dependent on schools reopening.

If you have prior experience of working with children with SEN needs , or challenging behaviour and think you'd be suited to working children with challenging behaviour in Darlington we would love to hear from you.

This role will be working with challenging behaviour on a 1:1 basis or small group basis with pupils who are having Social, Emotional Mental Health issues. It will require you to think fast on your feet and have a calm manner about you.

You'll be successful if you have:

- A Child workforce DBS, on the update service - we can support you through the process of applying for one if you do not already have one.
- Confidence in working with challenging behaviour
- Enthusiasm and confidence to work in this environment.
- Proven experience with challenging behaviour.
