About the Role

As a Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Support learning across EYFS, KS1 and KS2.
• Work with teachers to deliver engaging lessons.
• Provide tailored support for pupils of all abilities.
• Encourage independence and confidence.
• Help prepare classroom resources.
• Monitor pupil engagement and progress.
• Promote positive behaviour and wellbeing.
• Contribute to an inclusive and supportive learning environment.

What We're Looking For

• Experience working with children is an advantage.
• Enthusiastic and positive attitude.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well as part of a team.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
