A welcoming primary school in Bristol is looking for a passionate and dedicated Primary Teaching Assistant to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with children and wants to make a positive impact on their learning journey.

You will support pupils across the classroom, helping them develop academically, socially, and emotionally while working closely with teachers to create an inclusive and engaging learning environment.

What you’ll be doing:

✨ Supporting pupils across EYFS, KS1 and KS2
✨ Providing 1:1 and small group support
✨ Helping deliver engaging learning activities
✨ Encouraging confidence, independence, and positive behaviour
✨ Working alongside teachers and support staff to support pupil progress

What we’re looking for:

✔ Previous experience working with children in a school or education setting
✔ A caring, patient, and proactive approach
✔ Strong communication and teamwork skills
✔ Passion for supporting children’s learning and development
