We’re working with friendly primary schools across Telford looking for experienced Teaching Assistants to join their teams immediately and for long-term positions starting in September.

What you’ll be doing:

• Supporting pupils across EYFS, KS1 or KS2
• Working alongside teachers to keep lessons engaging and accessible
• Delivering small group interventions and 1:1 support
• Helping children build confidence inside and outside the classroom
• Supporting behaviour management and daily classroom routines
• Bringing positivity, patience, and consistency to the school day

• Have previous experience as a Primary Teaching Assistant
• Are confident supporting children across different age groups
• Can build strong, positive relationships with pupils and staff
• Have experience supporting SEND needs or interventions
• Bring a calm, proactive, and reliable approach to school life
