We’re working with a brilliant mix of mainstream primary schools across Lambeth, and they’re on the lookout for Teaching Assistants who can step in, support pupils, and bring a calm, positive presence to the classroom, whether that’s for a day, a term, or longer.

What you’ll be doing

• Supporting pupils in class, from group work to 1:1 support
• Helping the teacher keep lessons running smoothly (and calmly!)
• Encouraging positive behaviour and engagement
• Being that steady, reassuring presence pupils rely on

You’re the glue that holds it all together, and schools know it.

What we’re looking for

• Experience working with children, in schools or similar settings
• A patient, adaptable approach (every day’s a little different)
• Confidence to get stuck in and support where needed
• A genuine passion for helping young learners thrive

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
