⏰ Full-time and part-time opportunities
Competitive daily and long-term pay rates

Looking for a primary teaching role where you can enjoy teaching again, without feeling like you’re constantly running on empty?

We’re working with welcoming and supportive primary schools across Shropshire that are looking to appoint enthusiastic Primary Teachers for both immediate start roles and long-term positions beginning in September.

Whether you’re an experienced teacher looking for your next opportunity or an ECT ready to kick-start your teaching career, we’d love to hear from you.

There are opportunities available for both full-time and part-time teachers, offering flexibility to suit your lifestyle and career goals.

The Schools

The schools we partner with across Shropshire are supportive, community-focused, and genuinely value their staff. You’ll be joining environments where teamwork matters, leadership teams are approachable, and pupils are encouraged to thrive both academically and personally.

From EYFS through to Year 6, there are opportunities to find the year group and setting that suits you best.

The Role

As a Primary Teacher, you’ll deliver engaging and inclusive lessons that help children build confidence, curiosity, and a love of learning.

Roles are available across:

  • EYFS
  • Key Stage 1
  • Key Stage 2
  • Full-time and part-time teaching positions
  • Immediate start placements
  • Long-term September opportunities
  • Potential permanent roles for the right teachers

Whether you prefer the creativity of KS1, the variety of KS2, or the magic of Early Years, we’ll help find the right fit for you.

We’re Looking For Teachers Who:

  • Hold QTS or are currently completing teacher training
  • Create positive and engaging classroom environments
  • Build strong relationships with pupils, staff and parents
  • Have good classroom and behaviour management skills
  • Are adaptable, proactive and passionate about education
  • Want to make a genuine difference in children’s learning journeys

ECTs Welcome

Starting your teaching career can feel exciting, overwhelming, and slightly chaotic all at once. That’s completely normal.

We work hard to place ECTs into schools where they’ll feel supported, encouraged, and able to grow in confidence from day one. You’ll gain valuable experience, support from experienced staff, and opportunities to develop your classroom practice in welcoming school environments.
