Job description
Protocol Education are seeking Primary Teachers for a selection of day 2 day Primary School Teaching jobs in North Kent paying to scale with active teaching responsibilities. We are currently working with a collection of primary schools throughout North Kent that are seeking qualified teachers to join their school, whether it be on a day 2 day or long-term basis.

Your new School

A selection of Primary schools situated in the Dartford and Gravesend area, who are looking for day 2 day and long term supply teachers to begin as soon as possible. You will benefit from a variety of partnering schools with great facilities and supportive environments. These exciting opportunities comes at turn of the new academic year. Your new role will be working alongside experienced teams, who will be on hand to support and guide you with resources and planning. You will be committed to raising the standards within Primary Settings, and consciously endorse the schools philosophy of connection, inspiration and empowerment.

What you'll need to succeed

You will be an experienced teacher, with recent experience in a Primary setting . You will be able to 'hit the ground running' with excellent communication and relationships skills with pupils, parents and staff. You will possess the ability to remain highly professional at all times, with a child centred approach in the class and across the community.

What you'll get in return

You will be paid competitive day rates with opportunities of being paid to scale for long term contracts from the offset, with the potential for the role to become a permanent position in the future. In most cases you will have the full support of an experienced parallel class teacher, and the additional benefit of having a Teaching Assistant every morning to support pupils under your direction.
