Job description
Primary Teacher - Year 4 - £100 per day NQT or £138 - £150 per day QTS - Sheffield

Protocol Education are working with a large primary school based in North Sheffield who are looking to appoint a temporary Year 4 primary teacher to join them in September for a long-term teaching role.

This primary teaching position will be on a full-time basis (Monday to Friday full days) and will be from September 2016 to February 2017 to cover the Y4 post-holder's absence.

The school has been observed by OFSTED as a good school, and they pride themselves in making learning relevant and fun for all children by following an approach which works well in raising attainment. Progress is good across the whole school and the KS2 department has received a good grading for teaching and learning.

Candidate Requirements

To be considered for this primary teaching post you must:

- Be a qualified teacher and hold QTS or equivalent - NQT applications are accepted

- Have experience in teaching Key Stage 2 - preferrably Year 4

- Have good knowledge of the National Curriculum

- Be committed to raising and maintaining standards

- Be able to plan, prepare and assess KS2 work

- Be a good communicator and able to work as part of a team
