Protocol are seeking Primary teachers with SEND experience to work in schools for children with special educational needs in the Barnsley area.
There are a variety of roles available including daily supply, short term and long term contracts.
The ideal applicants will have experience teaching children with a variety of special educational and behavioural needs including: Autism, ADHD, Emotional and Behavioural difficulties. Applicants should also be confident managing behaviour. Overall applicants must be flexiable in their teaching approach in order to meet the needs of each pupil.
Main duties will include:
- Teaching Ks 1-2.
- Planning lessons.
- Keeping in touch with support staff and parents.
