Job description
Protocol Education is currently working with a Good School with Outstanding Features based in Hayes and they are in need of a qualified primary teacher to join their team in September.

Are you a mainstream teacher, looking for a move into a SEND environment? If the answer is yes, then read on!

The school currently caters for 39 primary aged students who have SEMH (social emotional and mental health) needs, some of whom border on to the Autistic Spectrum. The school follows the mainstream curriculum, but they teach at half the speed of a mainstream school. The classroom sizes are generally between 10 and 12 students per class and the main focus is to help the children reintegrate into mainstream secondary schools.

Because of the needs of the students and the attachment issues they have, the school needs a teacher who can commit to the full school year. The Head and Deputy Head offer a lot of support to the teachers and they want you to thrive in the school as much as the students do.

If this role sounds suitable for you or you would like any further information, apply now and speak to Max @ Protocol Education - Uxbridge
