Job description
This School is looking for talented teachers to join their newly formed Primary School. This will be a fantastic opportunity to work with them where children are at the heart of everything they do. You will be joining an amazing staff team and new forward-thinking Headteacher who will be leading the school on a transformational journey.

This role will include:

• Monitor the quality of teaching and learning and provide effective feedback to raise standards
• Maintain an overview of pupil attainment and progress
• In consultation with senior leaders, prioritise areas for improvement.
• Assess and monitor the impact of initiatives on teaching and learning
• Develop and maintain personal expertise and share this with others, acting as role model of good classroom practice
• Identify staff professional development needs and organise/lead staff training to ensure these are addressed
• Manage resources efficiently so that teaching and learning are effectively supported Develop and review subject Action Plan

Qualifications needed:
• Qualified teacher status
• Proven experience of successful class teaching in EYFS and/or KS1/KS2 (or of successful teaching placements for NQTs)
• Evidence of recent and relevant training and professional development
