About the Role

As a Primary Teacher, you will:

• Plan and deliver engaging and inclusive lessons.
• Teach across the Primary age range, depending on your experience.
• Create a positive and supportive classroom environment.
• Differentiate lessons to meet individual learning needs.
• Assess and monitor pupil progress.
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively.
• Build positive relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues.
• Support pupils' academic, social and emotional development.
• Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and wider school staff.
• Maintain high expectations for learning and behaviour.

‍ We're Looking For

We're keen to hear from teachers who:

• Hold UK QTS or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
• Have recent experience teaching in a UK primary school.
• Have strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
• Can plan and deliver engaging lessons.
• Are adaptable, reflective and committed to pupil development.
• Have excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Are passionate about creating an inclusive learning environment.
• Are available for full-time, long-term or supply work.

ECTs with QTS are also welcome to apply.
