Are you a passionate and dedicated Primary Teacher looking for your next opportunity? We are recruiting enthusiastic teachers to work in a range of welcoming primary schools across Chesterfield.

We welcome applications from experienced teachers as well as final-year teaching students who are due to achieve Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).

The Role

• Deliver engaging and inclusive lessons across the primary age range.
• Create a positive learning environment that supports all pupils.
• Plan, assess, and adapt lessons to meet the needs of individual learners (where applicable).
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively and encourage pupil achievement.
• Work collaboratively with school staff to support children's learning and wellbeing.

Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or be a final-year teaching student due to qualify.
• Previous classroom experience is desirable.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• A positive, professional, and reliable approach.
• A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is preferred, as you'll be travelling to schools across Chesterfield.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
