Protocol Education is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Primary Teacher with Additional Responsibilities to join a welcoming and supportive primary school in the Redhill area.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced teacher who is looking to take the next step in their career by combining classroom teaching with additional leadership or curriculum responsibilities.

The Role

• Deliver engaging and inclusive lessons across the primary age range.
• Create a positive learning environment that supports pupil progress and wellbeing.
• Take on additional responsibilities within the school, such as subject leadership, mentoring staff, curriculum development, or phase leadership.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community.
• Contribute to the school's continued improvement and high standards of teaching and learning.

The Ideal Candidate

• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Has recent experience teaching within a UK primary school.
• Demonstrates strong classroom management skills.
• Shows a commitment to raising attainment and supporting pupil development.
• Has experience or an interest in taking on additional leadership responsibilities.
• Is passionate, proactive, and able to inspire both pupils and colleagues.
