What Does a Supply Teacher Do?

As a valued member of our team, you'll:

• Deliver engaging lessons across EYFS, KS1 or KS2
• Create a positive and productive learning environment
• Build confidence and enthusiasm in the classroom
• Adapt quickly to different school settings and teaching styles
• Follow school policies and ensure learning continues smoothly in the teacher's absence
• Support pupils' progress while maintaining high expectations

‍ We'd Love to Hear from You If You...

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Have experience teaching within UK primary schools
• Are confident managing a classroom and maintaining positive behaviour
• Can quickly build rapport with pupils and staff
• Enjoy variety and thrive in new environments
• Are passionate about helping children learn and succeed
• Hold an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or are willing to obtain one

✔️ What We Need to Clear You

To complete your registration, we'll need:

• A valid passport or proof of right to work in the UK
• Two proofs of current address
• An up-to-date CV covering the last 10 years of employment and/or education history, with any gaps explained
• An overseas police check if you've lived abroad for 3 months or more in the last 5 years
• An Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
