One of our Good' schools based in the heart of Langley Village in a building dating back to the 1600s is looking for a Parent Liaison Manager to cover the end of a maternity cover. The role is due to start 2nd September 2019 until mid January. They are looking for soemone to commit to the full contract, working Mon-fri 8am-5pm each day.

Day to Day responsibilities & tasks

• School Liaisons
• Telephoning schools and gathering information
• School database building and updating all information
• Managing problems within all PPA & SCL schools and conveying these issues / problems to the management team
• Sending out lesson plans to schools and staff
• Sending out staff evaluations to schools
• Job advert posting
• Updating job adverts
• Putting CV's on to a database
• Scheduling telephone interviews
• Scheduling face-to-face interviews
• Conducting telephone interviews
• Writing employment contracts
• Creating information files on all new staff

This exciting, unique position requires someone with high levels of communication skills, confidence in dealing with challenging scenarios as well as the ability to work under pressure for a quick result. Ideally, the individual will have some experience in schools, whether this has been teaching or admin as well as some experience in recruitment and interviewing.
