Protocol Education Middlesbrough is seeking to appoint an experienced teaching assistant with drive and ambition who is keen to join our EYFS team. The main focus of the role will be to work under the guidance of the classroom teacher and senior staff to implement creative learning experiences that meet the children's developmental needs to support children to progress in all areas of the curriculum.

The successful candidate will have:

• Experience working in an EYFS setting
• The ability to support learners in developing their language and numeracy skills
• Good communication skills
• The ability to build good relationships with children and adults
• Excellent organisation skills
• Be Flexible and creative

• Have high expectations for all students and for themselves
• Want to make a real difference to the lives of their students
