Job description
A dynamic primary school located in the heart of Islington is seeking an enthusiastic and hard-working learning support assistant to support students who require 1:1 support, small groups of students and the whole class, it will be 5 days a week from 8:20- 16:00, you will work alongside the class teacher and the Schools SENDCO

The needs you may be supporting are;

• Autism
• Speech Language & Communication Needs
• Dyslexia and Dyspraxia)
• Emotional Behaviour Disorder
• Down Syndrome
• Profound/Multiple Learning Disorder
• Mild/Severe learning disabilities
• ADHD

You Must;
•Have experience supporting Children with Special Educational Needs on a 1:1 basis
•Experience with Makaton
•Experience with PECS
•Enthusiastic and outgoing personality
•Excellent team work and communication skills
•A high regard for inclusion and equality
• The ability to make a positive contribution to the school as a whole
