Primary SEND Teaching Assistant

A highly supportive primary school within Epping Forest is seeking a Learning Support Assistant to provide targeted support for pupils with additional needs.

Your role will include:

• Supporting children within the classroom and intervention groups
• Assisting with communication and social development
• Working alongside teachers and external professionals
• Supporting positive behaviour strategies
• Helping pupils access learning in an inclusive environment

Ideal candidates will have:

• Experience in education, care, youth work or support settings
• Knowledge of SEND practices
• Excellent teamwork skills
• A genuine passion for making a difference

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
