Job description
Are you a Behaviour Specialist Teaching Assistant seeking a new role? Do you enjoy working with children and want to educate the future generation?

We are recruiting on behalf of a friendly and stimulating school in the Braintree area which enables the pupils to benefit from a strong education. This school is seeking a passionate, dedicated individual to work on a one to one basis with a Year 5 pupil with MLD.

The successful candidate would be:

-A strong communicator, able to build a rapport with young people

-Patient and empathetic

-Flexible and adaptable

-Reliable and committed to the school and students' improvement

-Enthusiastic and engaging

-Able to work alongside the teacher and independently


This position is open to candidates with a minimum of 3 months of experience working with SEND, but a TA qualification at Level 2 or higher is advantageous. If you're interested in this position, apply today.
