We’re working with a fantastic SEND school looking for a Teaching Assistant to support a pupil 1:1. It’s all about consistency, care, and building trust over time.

What you’ll be doing
Offering consistent 1:1 support throughout the day
Helping the pupil engage with learning activities
Supporting behaviour in a calm, positive way
Working closely with school staff and specialists
Encouraging confidence and independence

What we’re looking for
Experience with SEND or transferable support experience
A patient and nurturing approach
Someone reliable and emotionally aware
Strong communication skills

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
