We’re working with welcoming and supportive primary schools across Wolverhampton looking for enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to join them ASAP on a long-term, full-time basis.

Whether you’re experienced in schools or bringing transferable skills from care, coaching, nursery work, youth work, or support roles, we’d love to hear from you.

The role:

  • Full-time Teaching Assistant positions in primary schools across Wolverhampton
  • Long-term opportunities with ASAP starts
  • Supporting pupils across EYFS, KS1 and KS2
  • Providing classroom support alongside the class teacher
  • Delivering small group and 1:1 interventions
  • Supporting pupils with additional needs where required
  • Helping create a positive, engaging, and inclusive learning environment

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has experience working with children or young people
  • Is patient, proactive, and approachable
  • Can build positive relationships quickly with pupils and staff
  • Works well as part of a team
  • Has a genuine passion for supporting children’s learning and development
  • Brings positive energy and a willingness to get stuck in

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
