Do you wish to work at an Outstanding school in Tower Hamlets which supports teachers work/life balance?

Are you driven, inspirational, influential and an exceptional teacher looking for that next step in your career?

Protocol are currently working with a school with a history of providing extensive support to teachers and a commitment to creating a balance between school, personal and family life.

Based on several public transport routes, this school is easily accessible from several lines and bus services both within and from outside Tower Hamlets.

The school also has a car park for those who would be driving.

This Tower Hamlets School can offer the following:

§Weekly PPA (Non-contact time) with your year group.
§Additional PPA (Non-contact time) for all class teachers every Friday from 12:45pm. The academy advocates teachers finishing early.
§Competitive rates of pay
§A strong SLT Team who actively support teachers to reach the highest possible level.
§Teach Together initiative whereby teachers of all levels of experience work alongside each other to develop their own personal CPD and teaching practice.
§A strong community spirit in which teachers are encouraged to work collaboratively.

What Ofsted said:

§The headteacher, very well supported by leaders at all levels and staff, is an exceptional leader. She has high expectations of staff that all pupils will achieve their full potential. Personal development, behaviour and pupils' welfare is outstanding.
§The school does not stand still. Improvement is not temporary; it is continuous and robust systems are used to review progress. Leaders are determined to ensure that pupils can make faster progress in their reading.
§Recognition by the Department for Education (DFE) as a school that provides outstanding outcomes for our disadvantaged pupils
§Pupils' behaviour and attitudes to learning are exemplary. They are keen to learn and work very well together.

We believe in the future development of our teachers. Our CPD package has meant that applications for leadership/promotion opportunities in the school have stood out above external applicants and those applicants were successful in their next steps.

The headteacher spots and nurtures talents, enabling future leaders to develop their skills for the wider benefit of the school.' Ofsted

We would like to hear from you if you:

§Thrive on challenge and have high aspirations for all pupils.
§Are energised by opportunities to develop and share your practice.

Potential applicants are both welcome and encouraged to visit the School.
