Job description
Protocol Education is seeking a committed and enthusiastic teaching assistant for next term.

The school are looking for a teaching assistant to work 1:1 with a student as well as with small groups therefore being caring and determined is a bonus! Prior experience working with students with special educational needs is desirable however it is not essential.

The school are looking for individuals that are:

  • Passionate about working in education
  • Experienced working with children on a one to one basis
  • Committed to implementing the school's ethos and values
  • High expectations and beliefs in children and their capabilities

You must have:
  • An enthusiastic and ambitious individual
  • Good understanding of learning and support
  • Energetic and confident personality
  • Hold one of the following qualifications as a minimum, Level 3 childcare qualification or equivalent
  • Have recent UK based experience in an Early Years setting
  • Be a reflective practitioner who is eager to develop your skills and strengths
  • Eligible to work in the UK (must have valid visa)
  • Recent classroom-based references and valid DBS/police checks
