Job description
I am currently looking for a SENCo to take on 1 term supply cover at a lovely school near Ruilsip, the school is close to the train station on both the Metropolitan line and piccadilly as well as having parking.

As the SENCO you will be responsible for ensuring that students who feel left behind academically, have the necessary support to be able to continue learning at a similar pace to their peers. You will be working closely with Teachers and support staff to create a joined up approach for those children who have SEND. You will be working with them to help them with their learning and ensure that their parents or carers know about their educational disadvantage and keep them up to date with their progress and needs.

You will be making sure that information about their needs is collected and kept up-to-date, therefore it is essential that you have expereince in a similar role, as well as having a recognised SENCo qualification.

The role is to start after the Easter holidays, and is initially offered for 1 term however there is the potential for this to continue for the right person should this be something you are looking for long term.

This is a great experience to work with a friendly and well resourced school who understand the important a SENCo plays not just for those students who need additional support, but for all students and the school as a whole.

if you are interested you will need to have a DBS on the online update service and be able to provide references. If you would like to know more or are interested in the role, please email me with a covering letter and yopur updated CV.
