Job description
Protocol Education are looking for experienced and passionate SEN Learning Support / TAs for schools in West London. We work with well established mainstream schools in West London.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Taking instruction from the teacher
• Working on a 1:1 bases with a child who has ASD
• Assisting with learning and social skills
• Previous experience in personal care is not essential as on the job training can be given to the right candidate.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience & knowledge of SEN, having worked with children with varying special needs within a school is essential.
• Experience in personal care
• Patience, empathy, resilience and confidence
• Capable of following instructions as well as the ability to use own initiative
